The WTJT XIX Code of Conduct is not a moral authority or a buzzkill. It is a reminder that we all - individually and collectively - bear responsibility for respectful coexistence. 

EVERYONE should feel comfortable and safe at the event. With a little care and attention, everyone can contribute to making Weltturbojugendtage XIX a great festival for all participants! To make this a success, the organizing Turbojugend St. Pauli e.V., with the support of SAFE Turbojugend, has laid down these principles:

1. Sexism, racism, homo- and queerphobia, antisemitism, body shaming and other forms of exclusion and discrimination will not be tolerated.

2. Turbojugend is a family - family is treated with friendship, loyalty and respect. Act appropriately! This applies to all people at the event and around it - residents and working people in St. Pauli are included here.

3. Know your limit for alcohol and drugs. Be considerate of your fellow human beings. 

4. No means no! Assaultive behavior and other forms of violence will not be tolerated. 

5. Only the affected person decides what they perceive as abusive behavior or violence and what support they would like. Experiences of those affected will not be questioned.

6. If you feel uncomfortable, threatened or harassed or observe something of the sort, you can contact anyone with a SAFE TJ pin, the WTJT production team and the Molotow staff.

7. Don’t be an asshole!

Der WTJT XIX Code of Conduct ist keine Moralinstanz oder Spaßbremse. Er ist ein Hinweis, dass wir alle - individuell und gemeinsam - die Verantwortung für ein respektvolles Miteinander tragen.

Auf der Veranstaltung sollen sich ALLE wohl und sicher fühlen. Mit ein wenig Umsichtigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit kann jede Person dazu beitragen, dass die Weltturbojugendtage XIX für alle Teilnehmenden ein tolles Fest werden!

Damit das gelingen kann, hat der veranstaltende Turbojugend St. Pauli e.V. mit Unterstützung von SAFE Turbojugend diese Grundsätze festgehalten:

1. Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie, Queer-Feindlichkeit, Antisemitismus, Bodyshaming und andere Formen der Ausgrenzung und Diskriminierung werden nicht toleriert.

2. Die Turbojugend ist eine Familie - Familie begegnet man mit Freundschaft, Loyalität und Respekt. Verhalte dich auch so! Dies gilt für alle Menschen auf der Veranstaltung und drum herum - Bewohner:innen und arbeitende Menschen auf St. Pauli sind hier eingeschlossen.

3. Kenn’ dein Limit bei Alkohol und Drogen. Nimm Rücksicht auf deine Mitmenschen und Umgebung.

4. Nein heißt nein! Übergriffiges Verhalten und andere Formen von Gewalt werden nicht toleriert.

5. Ausschließlich die betroffene Person entscheidet, wann Verhaltensweisen übergriffig sind, was als Gewalt empfunden wird und welche Unterstützung sie möchte. Erlebtes von Betroffenen wird nicht in Frage gestellt.

6. Wenn du dich unwohl, bedroht oder belästigt fühlst oder etwas in der Art beobachtest, kannst du dich an alle Personen mit einem SAFE TJ Pin, das Produktions-Team der WTJT und das Personal des Molotow wenden.
